1) Cut the adhesive paper into a square
2) Apply sticker over the cover and push out any air bubbles trapped in between
3) Cut away the excess

Sticker Rama
Its raining & I cant play (exercise) outside. I know lets art attack. Since I have left over 3D stickers. That should be enough to cover the Satria Neo fuel cover.
