PPR Track Day 2

All the waiting is finally paid off. It is race day again at Dato Sagor. It was yesterday and the cloud does not look promising. Rain always hamper races like this. And it did rained later during the day. Awwwww... But I manage to get some good rounds in the morning session. Till I was warned that I push my car too hard & it is dangerous. The brand new Prada's rubber tore to shreds.


Was advised to take the car to the near by tyre shop. I have a tyre screw stuck & it will not open. At the shop... bad news. The thread on the screw is gone. Had to get it replaced. The hub, knuckle had to be removed. What a tedious job. Lucky the shop had a spare taken from a junk Lancer that I can used.

When I got back a helicopter perform an emergency landing at the track. Race had to be stopped due to safely.

Learn that strong wind was not good for helicopter of this size. Once the rain stopped & weather is sunny. The helicopter left & the track is ours again.

Over all this was not my best race day. But it is ok. I can still keep my good Prada for next race.
