Do it. If you have the money, there are no ifs or buts. Just do it. Be different from anyone else, that's the goal of itasha in the first place. Be different and show off.
Itasha is a cool Japanese art that has gone a long way. Itasha cars are cool and are head-turners on the road. The added protection of the other layers of paint is also good for the car's exterior.
